Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Sling Pilot Academy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and a strong ability to connect with prospective students to drive enrollment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our pilot training programs, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding potential students through the enrollment process. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to) * Assist the sales team with sales and communication of the academy product * Identify and prospect new potential students through various channels * Actively make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the flight school's programs and offerings, and converting prospects into active inquiries or enrollments. * Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely communication and customer engagement. * Handle or delegate all CRM tickets and inquiries * Assist prospects in the enrollment process, including course selection, registration, and payment plans. * Achieve sales targets and quotas for student enrollments. * Assist in promoting the school's offerings through advertising materials and events * Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system. * Provide reports on sales activities and enrollment progress to management. Required Education and Experience * High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years customer service experience * 2+ years sales experience * 1-2 years' experience with CRM, preferred Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's) * Excellent interpersonal, sales and customer service skills * Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Ability to prioritize and multi-task * Ability to successfully work with others as part of a team to achieve established goals * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or related software * Passion for aviation and knowledge of the flight training industry, highly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * How many years of sales experience do you have? * Why are you interested in working at Sling? * Do you have experience using CRM systems?
