In this role, you will work with hot inbound leads and appointments set for you daily, identifying property owners who are looking to sell and negotiating the best possible terms. Our streamlined approach to real estate investing, combined with ongoing investments in new marketing channels, technology, and team development, ensures you have the support and tools you need to thrive. * NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, BUT HIGH LEVEL B2C COLD CALLING SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! Role Overview: The high-level sales representative (Real Estate Acquisition Associate) will focus heavily on COLD CALLING daily. Your primary responsibility will be identifying property owners who are eager to sell and negotiating favorable terms for both parties. This position requires a blend of out-of-the-box thinking, sharp communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on the company's growth and the well-being of the communities we serve. Responsibilities: * Identify property owners who are looking to sell and negotiate favorable terms. * Think creatively to solve challenges and find the best solutions for clients. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with business and customer contacts, ensuring high client satisfaction. * Manage your pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. * Diligently follow up with clients, documenting all interactions in the CRM system. * Educate potential clients on how we can assist them and explain our process. * Collaborate with the team to continually improve client service and satisfaction. * Identify and report any client concerns to the Lead and Manager. * Ensure a smooth transition for clients from initial contact to closing. Performance Expectations: * Achieve or exceed KPIs and sales targets, consistently closing deals. * Accurately document client information in CRM at the end of each day. * Provide consistent follow-up with all qualified prospects. * Keep sales stats and pipeline updated daily to track progress. Requirements: * Proven experience in high-volume sales, especially in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment. * Cold-calling * Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person. * Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. * Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to client needs. * Adaptability to new sales processes, technologies, and strategies. * Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively. * A passion for helping others and building lasting relationships. Location: * Must be based in or willing to commute to Lakeview office in Chicago, Illinois. Schedule: * Full-time, 45 hours per week. M-F. Weekends are not required in office, but must be able to take a call if a client is in need of your attention. Salary: * $300-$500 a week base + commissions paid at closing.
