I am writing this Jan 31, 2025- It is our best month ever. 22 deals under contract, Closer 1 has 10, closer 2 has 12. Their projected commissions are over 20k each. Now I am looking for Closer #3. We are the smallest, most effective acquisitions company in North East Florida, and on track to be the top in the nation. For us to do that I have to form the avengers. We have to be better than everyone else. An elite team of winners. Losers will feel out of place here, winners only. We are a real estate acquisitions company. We buy houses. The Closer role's #1 priority is to get homes under contract to purchase. Once the deal is signed, our operations team takes over. The closer does this through warm company provided paid leads directly to them. No coldcalling. No doorknocking. No calling friends and family. fresh high quality leads daily calling in, these leads see our marketing and call directly in, when they call in it rings directly to the closers. We spend around $20,000 - $30,000 per closer monthly on marketing. We have 2 closers currently crushing it, we have seen huge success with our model, now I am expanding marketing to make room for another closer. This is not a realtor position. A sales associate license is not required. Closers are expected to answer inbounds before the hours of 8pm daily (Excluding Sunday). Because I spend so much on marketing, each phone call is worth about $300. So the expectation is phones are answered outside of work hours, before 8PM by closers. Our sales psychology is very different from traditional high pressure sales. That being said, if you are someone with a lot of sales experience there will be an even greater learning curve for you, so expect to unlearn everything you know. If you have no sales experience, that's even better. I can still make you great even if you have previous sales experience, one of my closers right now had previous sales experience so he had to work twice as hard to unlearn those habits, and now he's absolutely crushing. Pay starts at $24,000-$36,000/Year salary + Commission. For a sales person hitting minimum expectations total pay (Base salary + commission) will be around $120,000.00/Year. This is minimum, a high performer could easily earn more than $200,000.00+/Year.
