Job Overview Toyota Place in Garden Grove is seeking a high energy Internet Sales Director / Sales Manager who is a charismatic leader with the ability to increase vehicle sales. Must have solid HIGH volume performance record and ability to lead a sales team. Experience a must. Candidate must be CRM oriented and be able to thrive in a super competitive environment. Duties * Manage the internet sales department of a team of 10 internet sales representatives to achieve monthly sales objectives. * Respond promptly to a high volume of customer inquiries. * Desk deals jointly with sales and F&I managers. * Negotiate terms with customers when necessary to close sales effectively. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions that attract new customers. * Provide ongoing support for sales initiatives, including follow-ups with potential leads and existing customers. * Mining the CRM database to increase communications and sales to existing opportunities. * Follow up diligently on long-term leads. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales at a car dealership, demonstrating an understanding of consumer behavior and purchasing patterns. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and customers.
