Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and high-performing Business Development Representative to fuel our continued expansion across the Atlanta area. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and territory growth. Key Responsibilities * Drive company growth by achieving sales targets and managing your territory effectively. * Execute a strategic business development plan to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence. * Build referral partnerships and develop a professional network within your assigned region. * Develop long-term customer relationships by understanding and responding to their unique needs. * Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and territory insights to the management team. * Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new market opportunities, and monitor competitor activity. What You Bring * Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * 1+ years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar role. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all organizational levels. * Strong sales acumen with the ability to manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing. * Self-motivated, organized, and efficient in managing your schedule and goals. * Customer-first mindset and ability to think strategically about market growth. What We Offer * Base Salary : $48,000-$66,200/year (including KPIs) * Performance Commission : Earn a percentage of every job sold. Average first-year earnings from commission: $8,000-$12,000.
