Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Engage directly with potential customers in person to effectively represent our clients and communicate the value of their offerings. * Identify individual customer needs through conversation and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs. * Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining consistent follow-up to build trust. * Ensure every customer interaction is positive, informative, and leaves a lasting impression that supports long-term loyalty. * Strive to meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and a strong understanding of customer engagement techniques. * Continuously expand your knowledge of client offerings and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers. * Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Associate team members to share insights, improve strategies, and contribute to a high-performing sales environment. Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. * A strong desire to start a career in sales, particularly in the automotive or service industries. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
