Must be 21+ to apply. Must be available and expect to regularly work Saturdays and Sundays. Hours negotiable - minimum 15 hours per week, maximum 40 hours per week. Responsibilities * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Meet and maintain the needs of regular customers * Assess customer needs and provide information on product features * Welcome customers into the store and create an engaging environment * Achieve store sales goals by cross selling additional products * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and make suggestions to improve sales * Remain knowledgeable on products offered to discuss available options * Process POS (point of sale) purchases * Comply with inventory control procedures * Comply with daily tasks and cleaning procedures * Post to social media daily, which may include creating graphics, etc. * Run the store and sales floor solo after your training period ends (this includes closing the store solo - we close our doors at 9pm). Skills * Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Proficiency in English * Basic Math skills * Attention to detail * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Track record of over-achieving sales quotas * Hands-on experience with POS transactions * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Availability to work flexible shifts and cover shifts as needed * High school degree; BS degree in marketing or related field is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.81 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
