Full description of the position

Sales Leadership: * - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals. * - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets. * - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management: * - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up. * - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience. Inventory Management: * - Oversee the dealership's inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and variety. * - Collaborate with the purchasing department to determine inventory needs based on market demand. Reporting and Analysis: * - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance against targets. * - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Team Development: * - Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team. * - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. * * Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management or a similar role. * - Strong leadership and team management skills. * - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * - Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed The General Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations within the dealership, driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
