Successful SC's can: * Quickly build rapport * Ask the right questions to understand what is important to the customer * Build and present solutions that are a good fit for the customer * Maintain strong follow-up to gain trust and close sales Our core business is selling and installing windows and doors directly to homeowners. SC's typically begin the sales process with an in-person visit to the customers home, at which time they will scope out desired benefits and begin building a relationship with the customer. The initial visit is followed by calls and emails to finalize the solution, terms and close the sale. Mister Window does not engage in high-pressure sales or pricing games.
