We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Service Sales Representative to grow our Service Projects and Renewable Service Business , including renovations, upgrades, preventive maintenance (PMs), and BAS projects (BAS experience is a plus but not required). You will focus on prospecting new customers , building relationships, and closing sales in healthcare, retail, commercial property management, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing and hospitality markets. * Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new HVAC sales opportunities in retrofit, service projects, and ongoing preventive maintenance. Generate leads through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and industry events. Develop customized HVAC solutions for building development and retrofit projects. Maintain a strong sales funnel in CRM to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Effectively communicate value-based selling strategies and close deals. Manage quotes, perform site visits, estimate jobs, and generate proposals. Build and maintain relationships with facility owners and managers.
