Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business developer (marketer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of our homecare agency, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals. This position is salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our agency, emphasizing the unique services.
- Outreach - Executing daily brand-building activity. Consistent visits, meetings, lunch and learning with current and potential referral partners to acquire new business and keep filling the sales funnel. Perform out-bound phone calls, emails, drop ins, and schedule in-person meetings to identify, engage and penetrate qualified referral source accounts.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to generate referrals and enhance our network.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize online platforms and social media to enhance our digital presence and engage with potential clients and their families.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our agency, educate the community about our services, and foster connections with prospective clients and their families.
- Collaboration with operations team
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Revenue - Profitability of referral partnerships and clients.
- Data - Recording all data and activity into required software. (Tagging, emailing, notes, task, calendar, activity funnel management, POC)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the senior care or nursing home industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work independently - self motivated and driven
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
