Role: Roofing Sales Supervisor

We are looking for another talented Sales Supervisor to add to our team. We're looking for a leader who is good with people and driven to build a business. In this role, you will be in control of your own performance and the sky's the limit when it comes to growth. You'll have the full support of our office staff and you have an entire team of trade experts to support you when needed with plenty of training along the way.

Our goal is to maintain and grow our thriving roofing division year after year regardless of the amount of hail we get, and we need someone to help us get there. Are you that person? How hungry are you?

There are thousands of roofs still in need of repair from last year's hail storms. We will help you identify the right areas and provide you with the training needed in order to make you successful.

Your will be tasked with not only selling roofs, but also building a team of 2 to 4 sales reps that you will train and manage to do the same. The more successful your team is, the more successful you are.

• Sales (or at least a high EQ)
• Some roof sales experience (Identifying hail damage and reading insurance scopes)
• Management/Leadership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive the success of our roof division.
• Show up on time to every appointment and every job, every day
• Keep your sales pipeline and calendar clean and organized
• Meet sales goals
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and door knocks
• Lead, manage, and train your team.
• Work well and communicate effectively with other team members

Requirements:

• High EQ
• Friendly personality. Energized by people.
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Drug & Alcohol free workplace
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 pounds

Benefits:

• $52,000 to $150,000 per year is what our sales supervisors typically earn. Commissions depend on how much you sell and how successful your sales reps are.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
