We are looking for a customer-oriented sales person to help us grow our company more in the Colorado Springs market. An outside business to business sales person is a someone who is upbeat and ready to take action when it comes to meeting new people. The perfect fit for this role will be someone with at least one year of sales experience who is looking for a new opportunity to expand their career growth.
Outside sales reps are the face of the company and provide the first impression to prospective customers of Dignity Fire. They are the ultimate reason a company would choose to do business with Dignity Fire. This person should be passionate about educating customers about fire protection requirements as well as excited to bring companies onboard to the Dignity Fire family of customers.
Responsibilities
- Cold Calls
- Phone Calls & Emails to Prospective Clients
- Setting and Running Sales Meetings
- Handle Sales Objections
- Provide Accurate Information to Clients and Prospects
- Updating CRM Tool
- Accurately Documenting Daily Activities
- Meet Sales Quotas and Daily Activity Quotas
Skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree/GED
- Sales Experience of 1 year required
