Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative in our Aurora location. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, exceptional customer service, promoting our services to potential customers and helping with the daily operational activites of the branch.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database

- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Help process payroll

- Help dispatche personell to client locations

- Help recruit employees

- Help build new business verticals

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Multilingual abilities are a plus Spanish in particular

Pay: $52,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
