Are you an experienced customer service or sales professional looking for something new? Want to join a growing auto group with multiple rooftops?

Heritage Valley Ford, Inc. is hiring a Product Specialist / Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! A successful candidate will need to have a passion for helping people and a desire to consistently exceed expectations. While it is always a plus, no Automotive or Sales experience is required. We are looking for Candidates who love working with people and are excited to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot in a friendly, timely and professional manner
• Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems; sell and deliver vehicles in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses, then present product performance, application, and benefits
• Maintain contact with sold customers to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction
• Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction, conduct business in a courteous, ethical and professional manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and workspace at all times
• Manage all facets of the customer experience to exceed expectations

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, CRM experience a plus
• Able to prioritize duties and multi-task when necessary
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are an absolute must
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• Strong desire to interact and work with people on a daily basis
• Ability to work independently as well as be an effective part of a team
• Customer service or hospitality background (preferred)
• Automotive knowledge is a huge plus; but we will train the right candidate

• Monday to Friday, rotating Saturday*

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
