Responsibilities and Duties:

This role is both in office and in the field. The primary duty is to the client throughout the listing duration through getting the transaction closed. Our office requirements include attending:

Broker Opens

Must Accompany Showings - at least 3 weekends per month required

Inspections

Contractor Meetings if needed

Appraisal

Walk Through

Closing

Daily requirements include:

Provide exceptional customer service.

Work with clients on getting feedback from open houses and agent showings.

Utilize strong communication and follow up skills for fast response time.

Manage the contract successfully through closing.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

MS Office, Word, Excel

Multi-Tasker and Rapid Response Time

Self Confident

Additional Requirements:

Valid Driver License

Professional Appearance required

Experience:

Illinois Real Estate Broker License is REQUIRED.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
