As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Moving Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description: As a Inside Moving Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. You will be responsible for effectively selling our moving and relocation services to perspective clients, building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets . You will be the face of our company, assisting clients in their relocation needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating and managing leads through various channels, including phone calls, email and online inquiries .
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with booking moving services.
• Educate customers about our range of services, including packing, moving, and storage solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure a smooth and successful moving process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gaithersburg, MD 20877: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
