Summary:


We are currently searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive who embodies a strong learner mentality and a relentless drive for success. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and promoting our cutting-edge Financial Educational services, products, and technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring complete client satisfaction by guiding them through their Financial Market training journey. Utilize your exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to connect with clients and build lasting relationships. This exhilarating role demands integrity, vision, and the ability to delay gratification!


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently exceed performance metrics by demonstrating assertiveness and persistence.
  • Engage with clients to deeply understand and address their individual needs with tailored educational products, showcasing your learner mentality.
  • Drive sales and revenue by upselling high-value products to current clients, displaying your ability to delay gratification.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, utilizing active listening skills to identify lucrative opportunities, demonstrating your emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrate unwavering persistence and resilience when faced with challenges while striving for excellence.


Compensation:

We offer a competitive total compensation package of $45,000 base salary with OTE of $80,000-$120,000.  

 Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in telephone sales, showcasing your assertiveness and persistence (1-2 years minimum).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve issues, emphasizing your learner mentality.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities and commitment to fostering an ethical environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, highlighting your emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to think on your feet and boost team morale to achieve group objectives.
