About Us: A growing local insurance agency is actively searching for a experienced CSR or Insurance Agent (licensed) to join our team. The new team member will provide customer service to facilitate and resolve client requests, renewals and new business. The new team member will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the customer account. If eligible, bonus and commission will be paid based on several factors. The new team member should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasker, trustworthy, energetic, and have excellent customer service skills. Bilingual person with excellent English and Spanish skills highly desired

Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

Compensation primarily based on experience. Preferably minimum of 2 years of commercial and personal insurance experience.

PTO and most Federal Holidays paid.

Commission paid on new and renewal business (P&C license).

Bonus based on performance.
