As a Sales Manager at Prime Choice Funding, you will have the chance to lead a team of 10-15 ambitious sales representatives, fostering their growth and guiding them towards exceptional performance and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to reach their full potential.
• Drive exceptional performance through innovative strategies and effective coaching.
• Contribute actively to our agile hiring processes and groom upcoming sales leaders.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting and management teams to build a highly effective sales force.

About You:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

• Proven mentorship and leadership abilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in uncertain or ambiguous environments.
