Job Description:

All City Plumbing is currently seeking a Plumbing Sales Lead to join our team. You will manage and sell for a team of 5 techs. You will earn a commission on jobs you and your team sell in the field. You’ll be in charge of your team's sales process, option building, documentation, financing, customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and sales meeting with your team. Our Plumbing Sales Lead must have a proven track record in the plumbing industry with Sales experience. Also must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Estimated Pay If Minimum Standards are met can range for the position from $150,000-$600,000.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus commission; uncapped commission potential with the ability to earn bonus commissions based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year

• Rancho Cucamonga, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
