POSITION: HI-FI, Theater, and Automation Technologies Salesperson

• Passionate about the AV industry and producing a great experience for our clients, from personalized demos to their completed system
• Adaptable & coachable because they are willing to listen and take action on feedback

• A natural connector when meeting new people and growing their network
• Proficient with Microsoft software
• Experienced AV sales/design/installation
• An excellent driver with a clean record

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ask good questions, actively listen, and be technically competent to uncover client needs
• Follow-up/follow-through on commitments and maintain customer/client satisfaction
• Consistently grow relationships through proactive outreach to new leads and relationships
• Grow new and existing business
• Increase topline sales against internal goals
• Maintain current gross profit margin levels
• Develop new COIs and relationships
• Handle inbound phones calls and visits and instill immediate confidence to the visitor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Home Audio/Video and Automation Sales: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
