Full description of the position

As a Sales Specialist, you are highly skilled at uncovering customers needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the dealership, but you're also the person who guides them- advising and selling, and even setting up their new vehicles technologies. You perform other roles within the dealership too, whether handling incoming calls or making outbound calls to schedule dealership visits you got it covered. Always curious, you stay on top of news about products and incentives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. You're proud to represent Sedano Ford, and you get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with us.

In this role, you work full time and get paid on a commission basis with additional bonus opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
