We are seeking a motivated and experienced Modern Digital Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will drive sales through various online channels, possess exceptional phone skills, and have the ability to create engaging videos to enhance the digital sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage online sales channels including websites, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and drive sales
• Utilize exceptional phone skills to connect with potential customers, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process
• Create engaging and informative videos to showcase our inventory, highlight key features, and promote our dealership's unique value proposition
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the automotive industry and apply them to the digital sales experience
• Process sales orders and maintain detailed sales records and customer profiles
• Continuously seek to improve the customer experience and develop ways to exceed customer expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process

Requirements:

• Desire to develop lasting relationships with clients
• Strong knowledge of digital sales channels including websites, social media, and other online platforms
• Fluent in phone skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport over the phone
• Ability to create engaging videos using video creation/editing software
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet sales quotas
• Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive any type of vehicle

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Maximum of 2 years of automotive sales experience
• Prior experience in digital sales and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
