Partners Personnel is seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to support our training team in our corporate office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve any training-related issues or inquiries via the Help Desk Ticket system, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Facilitate the registration and enrollment of new hires into the company's learning management system.
  • Coordinate training schedules for new hires, ensuring they align with the company's onboarding process.
  • Conduct welcome calls to new hires using their branch phone, cell phone, or Teams platform.
  • Provide role-specific overviews or presentations tailored to the individual's position during the welcome call.
  • Enroll new hires in the appropriate learning path.
  • Collaborate with trainers or subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources.
  • Keep accurate records of training progress and completion, updating the Training Dashboard and Tracker accordingly.
  • Collect feedback from new hires and managers after training sessions to identify areas for improvement and assess training effectiveness.
  • Problem-solving - Out-of-the-box thinking to identify solutions.
  • Responsible for following a training curriculum and ensuring all questions are answered.
  • Able to identify deficiencies and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Works with the Training Manager on individual performance, abilities, and team capacities.
  • Provides daily follow-up communication regarding the training progress and identify any areas that can be improved and impact efficiency.
  • Identify software training gaps and propose solutions to address gap.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Regularly attending work on time and adhering to the designated work schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Inside Sales experience preferred
  • Must have previous experience working a desk job.
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Above average writing skills.
  • Completing assigned tasks and projects within the given deadlines and meeting the required quality standards.
  • Understand this is NOT a remote position.
