Now Hiring - Tree and Shrub Sales in Hopkinton, MA

Our client, a company who specializes in horticulture sales, is looking for a Tree and Shrub Sales Representative to add to their team! The position is on-site in Hopkinton.

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full time (flexible)

Responsibilities of Tree and Shrub Sales Representative:

• Assist customers with Tree and Shrub plant purchases
• Offer add-on products related to the customers purchases
• Assist with plant placement and tagging
• Ensure plant health by deadheading, pruning, monitoring for pests/diseases and watering
• Implement display plans that will best help the sales department
• Provide tremendous customer service
• Participate in producing marketing content
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area

Qualifications and Experience of Tree and Shrub Sales Representative:

• Wide range of Horticulture knowledge with a concentration on Trees and Shrubs through formal training or on the job experience
• 3+ years' experience selling plants in retail setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work well in a team environment
