NOVA ROOFTEK is seeking Independent Sales Associates to join our team. As an Independent Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by promoting our high-quality roofing solutions and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet with customers, consulting on which of our products and services will best meet their needs.
• Create estimates and work with each customer for contract completion follow through.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
