Position Summary:
Blueport is looking to add Full-Time Account Managers to our team of employees, we are a growing company looking for goal-oriented, determined and self-starting individuals. We provide top-notch customer service experience for our customers, and looking for people who have the same passion and drive to succeed with our company.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Build, Secure, and expand relationships with existing and new accounts
- Initiate contact with consumers through calls/emails, providing friendly and helpful answers to their product inquiries
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Maintain all client records
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Special Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- An aptitude for technology and willingness to learn
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Team player
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Technology experience is a plus but not required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of industry related experience within the distribution, hospitality or supplier community
