Stafford & Co Insurance agency is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Somerset, MA office.

Job Summary:

The Personal Lines Client Account Manager will manage client needs and workflow efficiency. Finding solutions to difficult problems using efficient communication systems and extensive knowledge on the resources provided. Client relationships are of the utmost importance. The candidate must excel in product knowledge and problem-solving and exhibit an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients on policy and coverage issues
• Cross-sell other lines of insurance
• Recommend additional coverages as needed
• Receive and expedite claim reports
• Organize and manage new and renewal business and policy changes

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts P&C License
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling and servicing homeowners, auto, and all lines o personal insurance
• A commitment to personal client service and building client relationships
• Work collaboratively and effectively with team members
• Applied Epic experience preferred

Compensation: Base plus commissions and incentives

Schedule: FT, M-F, Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
