In this highly visible role, The National Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with key strategic account partners; Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), ASCs, and Hospital/facility decision makers while delivering economic and value-related solutions to these well established relationships with Senior leaders in these institutions for expedited decisions. Corin has US offices in Raynham, Milpitas and Tampa and the role will involve 50% domestic travel.

The National Account Manager will be responsible for
- Monitor IDN, GPO, ASC, coalition groups & hospital performance & activities nationally
- new incremental product growth within the IDN, GPO, ASC, regional coalition & hospital market and expand sales within existing customer base
- Manage cost avoidance, recovery, IDN, GPO, ASC, regional coalition & hospital contract Drive negotiation, solution automation and rev-gen modeling at a national level
- Prepare appropriate messaging and VAC approval process to promote new and existing products among assigned Strategic Accounts, Government Accounts, IDNs, and GPOs
- Monitor and measure IDN, GPO, ASC, regional coalition & hospital contract compliance
- Assist strategic account team in completion of the RFP and, RFI processes for assigned key accounts
- Identify and establish positive working relationships with key decision makers at the C- Suite level of assigned key accounts
- Develop specific strategies, and work with representatives and other team members to optimize relationships with territory targets
- Conduct regular business reviews for key accounts and partner with the Sales team at a regional level to assess customers needs and provide contract support
- Maintain sales pipeline for sustained opportunities and utilize Corin resources to maintain up to date contacts, opportunities, targets, and outcomes
- Manage Corin ASC strategy program; providing new opportunities and further market penetration Develop and execute business plans that are designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for the US business
- Collaborate closely with Sales to drive sales acceleration, resulting in acquisition of new OPS and OMNIBotics customers
- Maintain comprehensive and effective strategic call plans that drive positive sales results
- Prepare strategic plans to optimize customer satisfaction and company business goals
- Prepare and review financial models to recommend and establish appropriate contracted pricing tier(s) to meet customers needs within Corin guidelines
- Coordinate with CPC, Strategic Account Team, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal and other departments as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Corins standard operating procedures and policies and always ensure compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cutting-edge practices, current publications, and regulations
- Ensure company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, Codes, legal demands, and ethical standards
- Conduct business relationships in a responsible and ethical manner to enhance and support the reputation and goodwill of the company
- A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field; Masters Degree is a plus
- 7 years of Orthopedic medical device sales and contracting experience (total joints experience preferred)
- 5 years of experience with management of GPO, IDN, and government accounts
- Extensive relationships in the National Account Industry to obtain market access
- ASC account management or market segment experience a plus
- Be highly developed business acumen and ability to liaise with high level leaders
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proven record as a self-starter
- Excellent listening skills, demonstrated customer service orientation and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic team player, able to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic organization
- Well-developed presentation skills, with ability to deliver material concisely to audiences with varied technical knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multiple projects successfully
- Highly adept with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and various and specialized software
