We are rapidly growing in our industry and looking to expand to our team.

Above Industry Pay Structure with Commission & Spiffs.

We offer above standard pay, business casual environment, Mon - Fri schedule.

Fronters: Monthly base salary plus commission and bonuses.

Position would be responsible to make outbound calls and verify customer information, update with any changes and turn information over to a seasoned closer to go over plans with them. Call center experience a plus, but not mandatory if you are a reliable hard worker willing to learn. Ideal candidate would be someone reliable, on time, works hard, looking for growth and wants to be part of a growing company.

Positive & Motivated call Fronters! We are looking for candidates that are reliable, that like to work hard, want to grow with the company and be successful. Experience a plus but will to train anyone willing to work hard and show up on time. (Please if you have an attendance problem, DO NOT apply. Must be reliable with reliable transportation and hardworking ONLY.

• Prior call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a regular work schedule.
• Job requires both spoken and written mastery of the English language.
• The ability to collect and verify customer’s data and information.
• You must be self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve your calling skills and techniques.
• You must be excellent on the phone and be successful getting through to decision makers and doing what it takes to PREQUALIFY the contact for one of our seasoned closers.
• You will NOT be responsible for closing sales or developing the prospect into an account.
• You must be teachable, coach-able, and goal driven.
• You will be successful in this position if you are mature, professional, and have an engaging personality and, above all, does not let rejection affect your mood or motivation.
