Full description of the position

We are looking for a motivated, well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as [please apply online] communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.

Core Functions:

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers via telephone, and email.

Locate new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows and building mailing lists.

Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership

Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

Assist sales manager as needed

Assist operations as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
