Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) - Business Phone Sales

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce our products/services and initiate the sales process.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective research and outreach strategies.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective organizations.
- Actively follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to create a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Employ persuasive communication and storytelling techniques to effectively convey the value of our offerings.
- Schedule appointments and virtual meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Participate in sales meetings, contribute to sales strategies, and provide feedback on market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong phone presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
