Responsibilities:

● Conduct door-to-door pitching to generate leads for our solar solutions

● Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products/services

● Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis

● Maintain regular communication with sales leadership and provide updates on sales activities

● Travel to different locations as assigned to reach prospective customers

● Represent Best Energy Solar with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

● Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or field sales

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

● Excellent negotiation and closing skills

● Willingness to travel extensively for sales engagements

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market demands

Pay: $75,036.89 - $95,102.45 per year
