Job Description

MGS Insurance Agency LLC is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our customers. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and engaging professional who has experience in a customer service role.

Duties and Responsibilities
·Manage existing accounts by identifying, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with current customers; responding to customer requests and concerns; providing solutions to maximize revenue opportunities; assisting in the development of new business opportunities within current accounts.
·Identify new opportunities to expand current business relationships.
·Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.).
·Travel within Berks County to meet with potential customers and develop new business.
·Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, sales team, and other departments within the organization.
·Attend company meetings and other related events as assigned.
·Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits
·Competitive base salary plus commission and benefits package.
·401(k) at + 3% regardless if you contribute

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $67,960.00 - $74,138.00 per year
