Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify suitable insurance coverage options for clients
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage details and premiums
- Customize insurance policies to meet individual client needs and budget constraints
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction

Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in benefits administration and market analysis
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
