Full description of the position

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Transfer data from papers format into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.

2. Type in data provided directly from agents to the Systems.

3. Verify data by comparing it to source documents from RTS Reports.

4. Update existing data from the System:

· Agents’ information

· Agents writing numbers

· RTS Lists

5. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

6. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

7. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.

8. Create new access for the new agents.

9. Provide support to other departments as requested.

10. Implementation and follow-up of the programs according to the indications of the management until its completion.

11. Requests and processes ACA and Medicare contracts.

12. Assists in the agent hiring and certification process.

13. Keeps an accurate STR report up to date.

14. Enter and update data corresponding to the hiring and Ready to Sell.

15. Responds to questions and requests for information pertaining to your job.

16. Assist Agents both personally and by phone.
