Full description of the position

The Property Manager oversees the daily operations of leasing and managing the organization's apartments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains positive customer relations and services for new and existing residents.

Prioritizes, schedules and delegates work assignments, including apartment cleaning, repairs, and capital improvements.

Monitors apartment activity including preparing and maintaining monthly schedule of service calls and turnover.

Creates work orders for repairs for the units, including prioritizing, scheduling and delegating work assignments. Follow up with the tenants to make sure the repair has been complete and completed satisfactorily.

Oversees accurate paperwork completion including security deposit reconciliations, move out process, inspections, and 5-day and past due accounts.

Coordinates with attorney to complete evictions as needed; attends court hearings as required.

Accompanies prospective tenants to apartments and can answer all inquiries related to facilities and leasing agreement.

Acts as a technical resource to address and resolve resident issues or inquiries.

Ongoing inspection of properties for curb appeal and appearance, coordinates capital improvements as necessary.

Ensures compliance with all Fair Housing, local, state and federal regulatory agencies.

Monitors occupancy rates, resident and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
