What is a Retail Account Representative?
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and retaining accounts, acquiring new accounts, and taking face-to-face orders within your assigned geography. You will have the flexibility to adjust distribution frequency and order-taking procedures to better meet customer needs. Additionally, you will execute Looks of Success, sell and implement campaigns, track call activity and performance against goals, and build customer relationships. You will deliver exceptional customer service on multiple routes within your territory.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and implement campaigns and promotional programming and ensure customer compliance
• Ensure assets meet minimum performance requirements and develop a plan of action
• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Coca-Cola brands in retail stores
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction
• Place and transmit appropriate order in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes
• Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts
• Apply knowledge of merchandising principles to drive productivity
• Support contract renewal negotiations as requested

Requirements:

• Ability to read and follow provided planograms, floor plans and graphic guidelines
• 2+ years in retail merchandising or 3+ years in sales and customer service
• Familiarity with sales and service standards, policies and procedures
• Ability to take on high levels of responsibility and accountability
• Cooperative, willingness to help and coordinate with others
• Valid driver's license and clear/current MVR
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively

Base salary range is $52,000-$60,000. Base salary offered will depend on geographic location of the position and candidates prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, abilities & assigned sales route. Position is eligible for bi-weekly incentives up to $10,000 annually based on performance against metrics.
