We are looking for a SUPERSTAR OUTSIDE SALES REP. $50,000 first year expected annual income - base plus generous commission plan.

We are seeking a driven and business savvy Outside Sales Rep to join our Business Development Team and assist in taking our organization to the next level. We provide a boutique service to all of our clients to ensure we provide the best service while offering the operational expertise of a global company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working directly with clients to establish, develop, grow and maintain relationships
- Speaking with up to 20 decision makers daily to exchange information, find opportunities and build a pipeline of open orders
- Serve as a subject matter expert
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and exclusivity
- Managing 250+ prospects
- Responsible for qualifying and ordering, ensuring client's expectations are reasonable
- Proactively anticipate clients’ needs and then lead the business development team in creating a delivery strategy to exceed expectations
- Schedule and participate in client meetings for existing and new clients
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales, business development, consultative sales
- Skilled at building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact
- Excellent at negotiating, closing, and strong follow-through skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced and quick-moving environment
- Following established processes for accurate documentation of completed tasks
What success looks like:
GOALS of 125 sales calls and 3-5 new clients per week. You are the point guard of the team.
