The Carrier Relationship Management role is crucial to many parties, including our Fortune 500 clients- ConData relies on you for nearly every penny recovered. In this role, you will work directly with global carriers to build important relationships and help our Fortune 500 clients resolve overcharges and overpayments in a timely manner. The importance of this team is top notch as your efforts will change the course of a claim payment, and you are critical in getting payments over the finish line. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy working with other people, building relationships, and problem solving.

Effective analysts will make a substantial commission for their efforts, and their resolution of claims will not go unnoticed by both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with national and global transportation companies to recover overpayments made by our mutual clients

- Research carriers’ contacts, processes, systems and business priorities pertaining to claims resolution

- Independently manage a pipeline of invoicing claims by establishing work strategies and priorities, deadlines, and activity plans to meet and exceed recovery goals

- Work directly teammates, other departments, and leadership toward resolution of barriers goal achievement

- Ensure timely and effective data updates, including maintaining timely statuses on carrier communications in ConData systems

- Meet or exceed established settlement goals and objectives

Requirements:

- Four years’ experience with Freight audit and payment or Logistics Service Provider/ 3PL Accounts Receivable, Credit or Collections required

- Experience with and knowledge of logistics contracts, transportation charges and billing, and invoicing dispute resolution required

- Outside of the box thinking to identify areas for improvement

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

- Strong commercial relationship management, business acumen, and analytical abilities required

- Effective time management

- Persuasive communication style when working with both external and internal parties or customers

-Superior written and verbal communications, and strong presentation skills

- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (required) and Jira Service Management software or similar (preferred)

- Ability to work in hybrid environment

Job Type: Full-time Hybrid WFH

Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience
