About the Position

-Commissions Paid Every 2 Weeks Based on Sales Unlimited cap on 7% commission on total revenue sold.

-Yearly bonuses--In home sales with homeowners/building mangers looking to for concrete, roofing ,and deck remodels or repairs.

--most of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects.

--All training is provided and training is a never ending focus.Essential Functions: The essential functions for this position are listed below. Other functions may be assigned if needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Minimum 2 year of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.

-Demonstrates a commitment to customers.

-Strong communication skills.

-You consider yourself an "A" Player

-Strong work ethic, ambitious.

-Self-motivated and results oriented.

-Ability to work independently.

-Experience in the painting or construction industry.

-A college degree in Business or related field is a plus but not required.

-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $39,830.14 - $160,082.04 per year
