Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide support to our clients by coordinating and managing technical projects and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing technical expertise and advice to ensure our services are meeting their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing all aspects of the technical projects
- Understand the client's business needs and requirements, and provide advice and solutions to meet those needs
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical infrastructure, providing recommendations for improvements and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with our internal technical teams, including cybersecurity and network infrastructure experts, to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide technical training and support to clients, ensuring they are using our services to their fullest potential
- Monitor and report on project progress to both clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights
- Serve as an escalation point for clients and technical teams, ensuring any issues or concerns are addressed quickly and effectively
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies, providing recommendations for new services or improvements to existing services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or project management role, preferably in an IT or cybersecurity company
- Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification is a plus
