Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in boat sales or a related field
- Strong account management and business development skills
- Knowledge of boat sales processes and techniques
- Fluent in English(preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for boat shows
