Now Hiring - Technical Solar Sales Support in Bel Air, MD

American Sentry Solar is actively seeking a professional and knowledgeable Technical Solar Sales Support individual to join our Sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical resource for Marketing Directors regarding design, electrical and/or installation questions
• Act as a first point of contact between the Administrative Department and Marketing directors
• Address customer questions regarding contracts or financing and respond to escalated complaints all in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor Marketing Directors pitch misses and cancellations from the precious day and collaborate with the Sales Support Coordinator to call leads to “re-hash”
• Assist with training of newly hired Marketing Directors on the American Sentry Solar sales application
• Assist Marketing Directors with the closing of sales appointments, as needed
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to review sales metrics
• Attend departmental meetings and assist VP of Sales with ongoing training for Marketing Directors

Qualifications:

• Understanding or strong willingness to learn in the installation and design of Solar PV systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to prioritize projects and daily activities as well as multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Must have a customer- centered business philosophy and exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
