Now Hiring - Residential roofing & siding sales manager in Billerica, MA

I'm the owner of Woodland HomeWorks and I am looking to hire someone with experience in residential roofing and siding in-home sales. You will work directly with me this year to sell AND develop a sales process for my company with the goal to lead a team of sales reps in 2024. Our company invests in Multiple marketing channels to create inbound marketing opps that you will be provided with along with being responsible for creating new business.

Job requirements includes:

• roofing and siding inspection, experience on ladders is a plus
• Experience with in home sales
• Creating new sales opportunities and closing the business
• weekly meetings with me to develop sales process
• Working closely with operations team to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive referral business

If you have experience with in-home sales please provide specific metrics on previous years if possible.

Over the past 4 years we have averaged 20% growth each year due to our strong reputation and referral network and amazing team of installers. We are taking the next step to double in size and expect the ideal candidate to be able to perform at a high level in growing with us.

Our main service area includes within 1/2 hour radius from our Billerica, Ma location and we recently opened a second location in Atkinson, NH that we expect significant growth this year in the Southern NH market.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
