Do you enjoy customer service but want to get out of the food service industry? Are you a hard worker but don't want to work nights and weekends? Then consider becoming an account manager for Capital Auto Loan. Our culture fosters success, not only for our customers, but also for our employees. We need a new team member for our rapidly growing business in Meridian, ID. This is a full-time position (i.e., 9am-5pm, M-F) with opportunity to grow with the company! Account managers oversee daily customer interaction and account maintenance, but prior experience in banking, finance, or account management is not required!

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and people skills (e.g., friendly, outgoing, comfortable greeting customers in-person or by phone)
- Able to maintain a reliable attendance record and take responsibility
- Able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy using a computer and different computer systems
- Attention to detail
- Able to multitask when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent

Additional:
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) - helpful but not required
- Prior banking or call center experience - helpful but not required
