WH Boyer Landscape Services has positions available for motivated, experienced, and dependable Sales Team members. We are a well-established 63-year old landscape business that has big growth plans. We are looking for a sales superstar to add to our team.

You will be part of an award-winning team that designs and builds outdoor landscapes for clientele all over the DMV. Your responsibility will be to present and sell Outdoor Enhancement Projects to our client base.

Responsibilities

· Develop Sales Plan with Division Manager.

· Present drawings/sketches and budgets to prospects.

· Meet with clients, builders, property managers and designers to discuss landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, drainage and / or maintenance needs. Communicate those items to the design team so they can complete the design and estimate.

· Proactively search target segments to seek out new business opportunities daily.

· Drive sales process from initial contact through proposal, presentation & successful conclusion of new projects.

· Attend weekly sales meetings (in-office).

· Meet or exceed established new sales budgets.

· Attend networking events.

Skills Required

· Ability to interact with clients, builders, company Supervisors, sub-contractors, design and clerical staff, and vendors.

· Landscape Design experience preferred, but not required.

· High level of networking and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrates competitive drive & determination with results to support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Glenwood, MD 21738: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
