American Residential Services is seeking an Outbound Lead Coordinator to call out to our customers across Northern Virginia.

This friendly professional will call out to our amazing customers to follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate with customers for any needs they may have, schedule sales appointments for our in-field sales professionals, and process completed sales paperwork.

Multiple Shifts Available! Our Call Center is open between the hours of 7am - 9pm, seven days a week.

Skills we are seeking;

• Two years of outbound call center-based experience.
• Telemarketing skills
• Must have a GREAT phone presence, customer service-oriented attitude and share our passion for exceptional service!
