American Fire, a CHA Company, is currently seeking Inspection Sales Representatives for our EPC group with assignments throughout Birmingham, AL area.

American Fire, a CHA Company, is a highly specialized provider of fire protection engineering, materials, installation, service, inspection, and commissioning services throughout the world. American Fire manages complex industrial, commercial and design/build fire protection projects, including sprinkler systems, fire pumps, ground storage tanks, underground piping, and special hazards.

The Inspection Sales Representative’s primary role is to grow the client base of the Service and Alarm practice in the Southeastern United States.
YOUR IMPACT:
The Sales Rep is responsible for identifying, pursuing, developing, and maintaining new high-profile, quality clients within the Fire Protection market that align with the growth strategy of the business practice. The successful candidate will develop and maintain market-specific business plans. The Sales Rep works with Business Practice Leader to prioritize pursuits.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree or related relevant field experience is preferred=
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales roles
  • Strong estimating skills is highly desirable
  • Must be an articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
  • A high energy, passionate, results-oriented and team player
  • Collaborative and highly skillful at building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout the organization
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to see patterns, be a fast learner/thinker and a good decision maker
